This position offers a fully remote work setting within a community health clinic framework, allowing LPCs to reach and support diverse clients from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, ensuring high-quality care.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, depending on client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and address all aspects of clients’ well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about advancements in mental health research and therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCs work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. Our client-centered approach strives to build rapport and trust, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood as they navigate through their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
\n
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.

• Experience working within a community health setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonus opportunities.
