Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations to understand individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions to provide comprehensive support to diverse client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
