This position offers a fully remote work setting that utilizes telehealth technology to connect with clients effectively. There are no weekend responsibilities, with standard full-time hours from Monday to Friday, and part-time options available extending to Saturday, based on client needs and your availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, to help clients navigate their challenges.

• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions that foster communication and healing among participants.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and ongoing education on the latest trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidates will work with diverse populations, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards within the scope of practice as a mental health professional.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with a diverse client demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for the Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
