The position is remote-based, catering to both full-time and part-time LPCs, providing an environment that fosters work-life balance and professional growth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop personalized therapeutic strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care, participating in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research.

• Provide support and counseling to diverse patient populations, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, presenting a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a member of our team, you will be integral in identifying and addressing these challenges, supporting clients in their journey toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling or mental health settings.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and includes opportunities for performance bonuses.
