Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups based on scientifically validated approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer review meetings to discuss cases and collaborate on treatment planning with team members, fostering a team-oriented approach to care.

• Stay informed about emerging research and best practices in mental health care through ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC you will become a part of our dedicated team will serve a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing stress management issues, workplace conflicts, and challenges related to their mental health. Often, clients may be seeking assistance with significant life transitions, relationship difficulties, or coping strategies for anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Proficiency with the internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually.
