Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy.

• Implement a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in ongoing professional development activities, workshops, and seminars to stay informed of the latest mental health research and methodologies.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the overall care of clients, integrating feedback and insights to continuously improve therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or telehealth setting, is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing EMR software and related technologies to enhance productivity and client management.
