Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and optimal outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LPC will focus on serving a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, families, and adults facing various mental health challenges. With a special emphasis on trauma-informed care, you will address issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, substance use, and other behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.
