Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop personalized therapy strategies that meet the unique needs of each individual or group.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate group, family, and couple therapy sessions, fostering an environment of trust and openness.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to support ongoing treatment and ensure quality care.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and trainings to stay informed on trends and advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at King Rail, you will work with a diverse patient population spanning various age groups and backgrounds. Our clients may present with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant area is preferred.

• A strong foundation in therapeutic practices and a solid understanding of the legal and ethical standards governing mental health services.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a bonus structure that promotes your success and earnings potential. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus for new hires who meet our criteria.
