Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized therapeutic strategies based on individual client assessments, enhancing their coping mechanisms and mental wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations to identify clients’ unique needs, developing tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that care is effective and supportive.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy as appropriate for client needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to deliver comprehensive client care that fosters holistic healing and improvement.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to all regulations and ethical standards, while ensuring client confidentiality and integrity.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, conferences, and training opportunities to stay abreast of advances in mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse client population that may include children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, supplemented by a generous bonus structure.
