Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while adhering to all legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC with King Rail Youth & Family Clinic, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, plus bonuses based on performance.
