Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for a diverse clientele, ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, among others.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to a seamless collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and networking opportunities, keeping abreast of the latest research in mental health.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing support tailored to their unique circumstances and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health challenges. Our focus spans across children, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least two years of post-graduate counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, flexible work schedules, and the opportunity to work remotely while providing vital care to our community.
