Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage with clients by:

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, while also providing individual therapy to each partner.

• Designing customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of families, drawing on therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, family conflicts, and grief and loss challenges.

• Providing support for blended families, and navigating the complexities of separation and divorce.
\n
• Enhancing communication skills among family members to resolve ongoing conflicts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve diverse groups, including children and adolescents, as well as adult individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges from career stresses to interpersonal conflicts. Being able to empathize with these populations while employing evidence-based practices will be essential in ensuring positive therapeutic outcomes and fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
