Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations to craft tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring alignment with their specific mental health needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy among others.

• Work directly with clients in individual, couples, family, and group sessions, adapting approaches as necessary to address diverse client backgrounds and experiences.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate and optimize client care.

• Maintain comprehensive and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations while using electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Stay updated on current research, treatment advancements, and best practices through continuous professional development, workshops, and training opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on your caseload and experience.
