Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your schedule while still providing high-quality support to our clients. Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with possibilities for evening or weekend hours based on the needs of our clients. As a Social Worker, you may handle on-call duties to address urgent situations, ensuring comprehensive care is available even after hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, considering emotional, mental, and social dimensions specific to seniors.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that reflect specific goals and preferences, adjusting them as necessary.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to address issues such as anxiety and depression, guiding clients through life transitions and challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
