Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, offering tailored interventions that cater to the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to foster client progress.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with clearly defined goals, interventions, and mechanisms for tracking client progress.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure cohesive and effective care delivery.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services that include risk assessments and safety planning for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to community resources to enhance their well-being and support their recovery journey.

• Engage in community outreach and educational activities aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
