Work Environment\n

This role is designed to provide clinical social workers the flexibility of a remote working environment with options to engage with clients through telehealth sessions or in-person consultations as preferred. You will be part of a supportive and interdisciplinary team that values clinician well-being as much as client outcomes, allowing you to perform your duties without administrative burdens, as intake, scheduling, billing, and insurance processes are managed for you.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and create individualized treatment plans that are client-centered and culturally sensitive.

• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy to clients dealing with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, peer specialists, and other team members to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Guide clients through complex life transitions and systemic stressors, advocating for their needs and employing trauma-informed care practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in continuous professional development through optional peer consultation groups, clinical trainings, and opportunities to enhance your skills in various therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW, you will work with a diverse client population, particularly those who may be facing significant mental health challenges related to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, relational difficulties, grief, and chronic stress. Our clients often come from underserved backgrounds or are experiencing high-acuity issues. Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate their personal journeys toward healing and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid LCSW license in California is required (Associate Social Workers may apply for supervised roles).

• A strong foundation in trauma-informed practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or relational therapy approaches.

• A commitment to social justice, cultural competence, and exhibiting understanding of systemic inequities affecting mental health.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating emotional intelligence and self-awareness in treatment settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits plan.
