Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Initial Assessments: Evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use histories to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly track and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as required, and ensuring optimal therapeutic interventions.

• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with community organizations, healthcare providers, and support groups to connect clients with additional resources necessary for their recovery.

• Education and Support: Provide education to both staff and clients about coping mechanisms for stress and trauma, enhancing the therapeutic relationship and promoting a supportive atmosphere.

This role primarily focuses on individuals suffering from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n
