Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs, risks, strengths, and available resources, ensuring to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy, through individual, family, and group sessions.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to devise comprehensive, client-centered care plans that address physical, emotional, and psychological health.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that focus on enhancing coping skills, fostering recovery, and nurturing community support.

• Provide crisis intervention and manage risk assessments promptly to ensure client safety and well-being during their treatment process.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing training to remain abreast of developments in treatment methodologies and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.

The clients you will work with at our detox center are individuals grappling with substance abuse and related mental health challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a critical role in facilitating their recovery journeys by promoting resilience, emotional well-being, and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
