Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of clients in detox.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each client's specific situation.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, providing feedback and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer psychoeducation and support to families, equipping them with strategies to aid recovery and improve overall well-being.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to mental health and substance abuse services.

• Build trusting relationships with clients, fostering a safe and encouraging environment for healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients seeking detoxification services, often dealing with substance use disorders. Your expertise will help support some of the most vulnerable members of our community, including individuals battling addiction and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
