Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and mental health services, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) through evidence-based practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
\n
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and parents to develop and execute culturally competent treatment plans that are personalized to align with each student’s needs and goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions in both one-on-one and group settings, promoting a supportive atmosphere while addressing the unique challenges faced by students.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems while complying with all regulations regarding confidentiality and data protection.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves students ranging from elementary through high school in various socioeconomic backgrounds. Many students face challenges related to stressors such as family dynamics, academic pressures, and social conflicts. Your role as an LCSW will be vital in identifying their needs and supporting their mental health throughout their educational journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
