Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to address client needs.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that encourage open communication and growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care and optimal treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software proficiently.

Qualifications\n
