You will be supported by our administrative team, who will assist with billing, documentation, and scheduling, giving you more time to focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs, which include detailed clinical interviews and standardized psychological testing as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique circumstances, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, using various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or play therapy, as appropriate.

• Educate clients on effective coping strategies, self-care practices, and emotional regulation techniques to empower them in managing their mental health.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress through regular follow-ups, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the most effective interventions are being utilized.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n
