Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Leveraging telehealth technology, you will connect with clients through secure platforms to conduct sessions and maintain ongoing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and guidelines.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss therapeutic interventions, and collaboratively set goals for recovery.

• Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that are responsive to the individual needs and circumstances of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments, identifying client needs and formulating appropriate treatment strategies.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive guidance on complex cases.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care and address holistic client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position entails working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your experience with various populations will be crucial as you navigate in-depth therapeutic processes. By employing evidence-based practices, you will help clients develop coping strategies, achieve stability, and enhance their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills to effectively engage with clients and contribute to their therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our innovative Fee-for-Service model ensures that clinicians are compensated promptly; payments are made ahead of collections, eliminating delays. Additional financial incentives such as bonus opportunities are available.
