Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain thorough and organized case files, documenting personal client information, eligibility details, insurance data, and ongoing treatment plans to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Monitor client progress consistently, evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans and making necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Engage regularly with clients during participation in job training or rehabilitation programs, addressing any challenges that arise promptly and empathically.
