This position is fully remote, employing telehealth technologies to deliver therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or designated workspace. You will work within a supportive team structure while utilizing advanced digital tools to provide effective care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidenced-based individual therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Optionally, facilitate group, couples, or family therapy sessions to foster relational healing and support within different family dynamics.

• Maintain comprehensive medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure confidentiality and quality standards.

• Collaborate with primary care providers and other team members to address the holistic needs of patients, including their physical and psychosocial wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on individuals facing challenges with attention and executive functioning, alongside various mental health conditions such as anxiety, trauma, and depression. You will work closely with adolescents and adults, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Active Oregon LPC license with at least 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services.
