Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments for new clients, exploring their emotional and mental health challenges, to create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness.

• Regularly assess and monitor clients' progress, discussing treatment efficacy and making necessary adjustments to their plans.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients, addressing any financial and emotional commitments that may affect their therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to incentivize qualified candidates.
