Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that suit each client’s requirements.

• Document all therapeutic sessions and client progress in a secure manner, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards of client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Joyful Journey, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and stress management. Your role will be pivotal in supporting these individuals and families as they work through their difficulties, fostering resilience and building coping strategies essential for long-term mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling or therapeutic role, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage thoughtfully with clients from varying backgrounds.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and telehealth platforms to deliver effective counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n
