Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive mental health treatment for patients within and outside of the facility.

• Respond to mental health emergencies within the clinic, implementing de-escalation techniques and immediate interventions as necessary.

• Attend commitment hearings and relevant legal proceedings as required by the nature of the cases and our contractual obligations.

• Develop detailed treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient and monitor their progress toward established goals.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient interactions to uphold compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive medical records.

• Verify and analyze patients' mental health history, including previous interventions and medication regimens, to inform ongoing treatment.

• Prepare routine and special reports to summarize findings and track clinical outcomes.
