Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a varied client caseload effectively, ensuring strong rapport and adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client sessions to track their progress and stability, while scheduling follow-up appointments and preparing for timely discharges as appropriate.

• Develop and oversee person-centered treatment programs in collaboration with clients to address their unique mental health needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and determine appropriate treatment pathways.

• Participate in regular one-on-one supervision sessions to enhance personal professional growth and clinical competence.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating your ability to manage therapy cases effectively.

• Proficiency in using standard office software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to manage documentation and client information.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, showcasing your capacity for empathetic and effective treatment delivery.

• Capability in conducting thorough intake assessments that inform treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, which aligns with your experience and expertise. Our fee-for-service model guarantees rates are paid ahead of collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursement.
