Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering positive therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and respect.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss treatment plans, and make necessary adjustments to ensure effective outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to each client's specific needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Utilize professional-grade software, including RMS systems and spreadsheet applications, to track and analyze client data and outcomes efficiently.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for documentation and treatment management, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, and PIMSY software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
