This position offers the flexibility of remote telehealth services, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining work-life balance. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, with no weekend commitments, allowing for a structured schedule that prioritizes both patient care and your personal life. Full-time positions require an 8-hour workday, while part-time roles can be adjusted based on client needs and personal preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalized treatment approach.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to better understand client challenges, goals, and progress.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to address a broad spectrum of issues clients face.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, contributing to holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Our telehealth model allows you to reach individuals who may have limited access to in-person therapy, thus expanding our impact on the community and improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia is a prerequisite for this position.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling environment is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to mental health practice.

• Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
