Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care, attending regular team meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to case discussions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources, facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be instrumental in breaking down barriers to access and providing high-quality therapeutic support, ultimately helping your clients achieve improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
