This position is based in Manchester, Connecticut, but allows for remote work, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while still having access to our outpatient office facilities for in-person consultations when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, developing tailored therapeutic strategies that meet individual needs.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, working with groups, couples, families, and individuals to address their unique mental health challenges.

• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to deliver high-quality care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care, enhancing treatment outcomes through shared insights and resources.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation following legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring high accountability in your practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying abreast of advancements in counseling and mental health research.

Our LPCs support a diverse range of clients, each with unique backgrounds and circumstances. The population includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, particularly in a clinical or private practice setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards that govern counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
