Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops addressing common concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development including workshops and training to stay updated on emerging trends and techniques in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• Minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
