Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy strategies based on clients' unique needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions for various demographics, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailoring approaches to optimize client outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide holistic and cohesive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Line Mental and Behavioral Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
