Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status, needs, concerns, and therapy goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions for clients experiencing an array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, addressing vital relationship dynamics, effective communication, and conflict resolution strategies.

• Design individualized treatment plans that set clear and actionable objectives tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring that clients facing acute mental health challenges receive appropriate care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available community resources for additional support.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including assessment reports, treatment plans, progress documentation, and outcome measures, consistent with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Uphold ethical principles and legal stipulations related to counseling practice, ensuring transparency with clients regarding confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
