Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to recognize clients’ needs and determine appropriate treatment methodologies.

• Craft individualized treatment plans based on thorough examination and established therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups while employing evidence-based strategies to promote client insights and growth.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and ensure comprehensive support for client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal standards and ethical practices, ensuring accountability and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• Completed a Master's Degree in professional counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
