Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to create personalized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, and couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Employ therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to deliver comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.

• Engage in professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to remain informed of best practices and emerging trends in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC in this position will focus on serving a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Client issues will vary, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, and substance use disorders. Special emphasis is placed on serving individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources, ensuring they receive the care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards surrounding mental health practice.

• Annual salary ranging between USD 70,000 and USD 90,000, dependent on experience and caseload.
