Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs, employing biopsychosocial methodologies to inform individualized treatment planning and implementation.

• Facilitate individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, ensuring interventions are clinically appropriate and tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Engage in interdisciplinary program planning alongside psychiatrists and other clinical staff to enhance service delivery and treatment efficacy.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interactions in compliance with program and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software proficiently.

• Act as a primary therapist in group therapy settings and contribute as a co-therapist when collaborating with other clinicians.

• Uphold ethical standards and agency policies, ensuring all interventions are conducted in alignment with best practice guidelines.

• Provide crisis intervention and triage evaluations in collaboration with both outpatient and inpatient teams, demonstrating timely responsiveness to patient needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
