Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services through telehealth platforms and in-person sessions, ensuring all interactions are conducted in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Assess and treat a diverse range of psychological issues, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Document client progress accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, maintaining comprehensive treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Engage with families to promote understanding and healing in familial relationships, ensuring that cultural backgrounds and individual values are respected and prioritized in therapy.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and workshops, enhancing clinical skills and therapeutic techniques related to specialized areas, such as trauma, grief, LGBTQ+ issues, or perinatal mental health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and improve treatment protocols that align with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this position will cater primarily to a varied client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. You will be responsible for addressing a wide array of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and grief. Your approach will be sensitive to the unique challenges faced by each client and their respective families, fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT License in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for providing bilingual therapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on working with children, adults, and families.

• A commitment to understanding and respecting the cultural and individual diversity of our clients.

• Proficiency in EHR software and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to maintain accurate client records and manage documentation effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications, supplemented by a sign-in bonus and additional performance-based incentives.
