Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify mental health needs of clients, developing a deep understanding of their individual challenges.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, adapting therapeutic approaches to fit each client’s unique situation.

• Provide engaging psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, employing techniques that foster trust and promote healing.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation, including detailed progress notes, in compliance with departmental standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring optimal coordination of treatment plans and discharge strategies based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population ranging from children and adolescents to adults, focusing on a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
