Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy through telehealth platforms, ensuring compliance with the latest DSM criteria.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, and counseling services for individuals, families, and groups facing mental health and dual disorders.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists and nurse practitioners to coordinate care and discuss client strategies during regular clinical team meetings.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of therapeutic sessions, prepare case reports, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical best practices.

• Actively participate in quality assurance activities, contributing to continuous improvement of services and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients from various backgrounds, facing an array of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses. You will employ a client-centered approach, adjusting your therapeutic methods to effectively support diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in providing psychotherapy services, with a strong understanding of various evaluation techniques and treatment modalities.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology, including electronic health records and virtual counseling platforms.

• Experience in providing mental health services within community health settings or outpatient environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This position also includes a sign-on bonus and is eligible for benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and ongoing financial support for professional development activities.
