The therapy services are delivered primarily through telehealth platforms, ensuring convenience for both clinicians and clients. Although remote, we foster collaboration through opportunities for virtual and in-person group consultations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, utilizing the latest DSM guidelines under professional supervision.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique mental health challenges and goals.

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy services, with a special focus on clients presenting with mental health and dual disorders.

• Utilize various evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring clinical competency in approaches suitable for diverse populations.

• Engage in crisis intervention and brief therapy techniques when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical sessions, ensuring compliance with organization and state standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings and clinical consultations, contributing insights and proposing treatment alternatives as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania or equivalent qualification.

• At least two years of relevant experience in providing psychotherapy services to a diverse client base.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology and electronic health records effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in crisis intervention, addiction counseling, or family therapy.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities specific to marriage and family therapy.

• Previous experience working in outpatient mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
