This position commences as a remote role, allowing flexibility in work hours and location. Clinicians have the freedom to set their own caseloads, with a weekly range of 10 to 30 billable hours, ensuring that care is both ample and manageable.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and deliver targeted psychotherapy services through telehealth modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy services primarily cater to individuals and families experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and dual diagnoses. As a therapist within our clinic, you will work closely with diverse populations, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet unique client needs. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LMFT or Psy.D in the state of California.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably in a community health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential for successful practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time/part-time LMFT position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
