This position offers a fully remote work setting with flexible scheduling options, while aligning with our standard office hours of Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. As part of our remote team, you'll utilize technology to conduct therapy sessions, maintain records, and collaborate with colleagues, promoting a cohesive team culture from a distance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' needs and determine eligibility for services.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, including ongoing documentation such as case notes and treatment plan reviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and identity-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess a current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or its equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n
