Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing positive, trusting relationships while upholding professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions, proactively monitoring progress and client stability, and facilitating discharge planning as appropriate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with their goals and needs.

• Document client interactions thoroughly and accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Utilize various digital platforms for client communication and documentation, including electronic health records and appointment scheduling systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include adults, children, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. You will employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual or family, while promoting a supportive and non-judgmental environment that encourages growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient with computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and clinical management software.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
