Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized therapeutic treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including several modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and coordinated interventions.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system, complying with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, including workshops and training, to remain informed of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

• Assist in community outreach efforts to connect clients with additional resources, thereby promoting a holistic approach to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.
