Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of clients, including assessment, therapy, and crisis intervention, addressing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including educators and healthcare staff, to develop and implement integrated care plans that promote holistic student well-being.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screening and assessments, determining the need for further evaluations and additional support services.

• Create and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a trustful therapeutic environment that fosters effective communication and healing.

• Monitor client progress through regular meetings, maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to ethical guidelines set forth by the organization.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with best practices in social work and mental health treatment.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to provide resources, education, and services to families and students in need.

• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours, assisting with crisis situations as they arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting school-aged children and adolescents who require mental health services due to a variety of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related challenges. You will provide both individual and group therapy, ensuring that each student receives tailored interventions that meet their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies pertinent to the school-aged population.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Adept at working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, demonstrating respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time, remote position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
