Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account patients' psychiatric and medical histories, using standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.

• Create and execute personalized, integrated treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic techniques suitable for addressing both mental health and medical needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances and treatment goals.

• Engage in collaboration with medical providers to ensure a seamless care experience, sharing insights and treatment objectives to achieve effective health outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for patients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they receive immediate care and follow-up services as needed.

• Educate patients on the interconnection between mental health and physical well-being to empower them in managing their overall health.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record system to track progress and facilitate continuity of care.

Your work will primarily involve supporting patients with complex needs, particularly those who have co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions. You will interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique challenges requiring tailored interventions and supportive environments. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience in effectively addressing the mental health needs of individuals facing both psychiatric and medical conditions.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines while safeguarding patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
