Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging and supportive group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences, receive feedback, and develop personal connections.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer tailored, empathetic counseling to explore clients’ thoughts and feelings, helping them develop coping strategies and actionable plans for positive change.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: Must possess a current Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.

• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience working with clients who have mental health or mood disorders, ideally in outpatient or residential treatment settings.
